Sacramento, Calif. – DOCO shoppers, diners, and guests in search of ways to celebrate the upcoming St. Patrick’s holiday are in luck as plaza merchants are offering Irish-inspired menu items, specialty cocktails, and plenty of fun at various restaurants, bars and eateries.
Some of the special offers and ways to celebrate include:
- The 7th Street Standard*: Recognized as one of Sacramento’s best new restaurants, The 7th Street Standard is offering a Corned Beef Hash for brunch from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and a Corned Beef Special for dinner from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on March 17. The bar will also feature a Guinness Float plus Guinness will be on draft all weekend (Friday, March 14 through Monday, March 17).
- Cabana Club: Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, guests visiting the Palm Springs-inspired cocktail lounge and eatery can enjoy Irish coffees, green beer, and catchy Irish tunes.
- Cakes by Jeff the Chef: Sweet treat lovers are in luck as DOCO’s award-winning chef and dessert shop is offering a limited-time Mint Chocolate Cheesecake.
- Punch Bowl Social: Guests ready to shamrock and roll can enjoy a weekend of merriment (March 14 at 11 a.m. through March 17 at 11:30 p.m.) during a St. Paddy's Day Palooza in partnership with Tullamore D.E.W. Drink specials, hidden prizes and surprises, and hunts for pots of gold are on the agenda. Plus, those who book bowling or karaoke can enjoy 50% off during happy hour and brunch along with free corn hole, board games and more. RSVPs are available via Eventbrite.
- Roots Coffee*: Known for ethically sourced, freshly roasted and hand-crafted coffee, the Sacramento-grown shop is offering a variety of limited-time specials, including a Cookies and Cream matcha shake made with peppermint and chocolate, an Irish Crème Cold Brew, and an Irish Crème Latte (hot or iced).
- Sacramento Kings: On Monday, the Kings will celebrate St. Patrick’s Day as they take on the Memphis Grizzlies. Flavor Lab Cart at Section 109 will feature a Reuban Sandwich complete with House-Cured Corned Beef with Sauerkraut, Swiss Cheese and Thousand Island Dressing on Grilled Sourdough Bread. Year round the plaza offers a DOCO Rewards loyalty program with prizes, discounts, incentives and benefits for shopping, dining, playing, staying, and completing activities via the online app. As a special DOCO shopping incentive, shoppers will receive double points on all Tuesdays and Kings home game dates during March.
