DOCO Announces the 2025 Makers Market Schedule
Starting with a Spring Market on April 12
Sacramento, Calif. – DOCO (Downtown Commons) is excited to announce the Makers Market schedule for 2025. Always popular among shoppers looking for unique items and supporting local artisans, DOCO Makers Markets are presented in partnership with River City Marketplace. The markets are scheduled to take place on the following Saturdays throughout the year: Spring Market on April 12, Summer Market on June 21, Fall Market on September 13, and a Holiday Market on December 6. Plus, upbeat and entertaining live or DJ music will add to the atmosphere during the quarterly DOCO Makers Markets that take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
During Makers Market events, local vendors, makers and artisans offer an ever-changing and diverse assortment of handmade specialty items and gift ideas. While the number of artisans will vary each market, DOCO’s first Makers Market for the year on April 12 will include more than 50 local artisans spaced out throughout the main and west plaza areas. A sampling of the vendors and their offerings include Wonder in Bloom with plants, flowers, and resin art; Dangles & Tusk with custom-designed jewelry; Book & A Smile with children’s books; and SYmple Designs with home décor items.
The plaza offers a year-round DOCO Rewards loyalty program with prizes, discounts, incentives and benefits for shopping, dining, playing, staying, and completing activities via the online app. As a special DOCO shopping incentive, shoppers will receive double points on all Makers Market dates. Free to download, the DOCO Rewards app is available via the Apple Store and Google Play. New members receive 200 points for signing up. A complete set of DOCO Rewards rules, restrictions and instructions and a list of DOCO businesses and members of the DOCO Merchant’s Association are available on the app. For more information about DOCO Rewards, visit www.docosacramento.com/rewards.
